The Senate Committee on Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) of Nigeria has opposed the release of #9bn funds for the completion of the Vice President’s House[namadi Sambo] residence located in Aso Drive, Abuja.
Senator Smart Adeyemi whom is the committe chairman said on behalf of the committee that the requested sum of N9bn was outrageous to spend especially since many Nigerians can not afford three square meals daily.
I wonder the kind of house that they want to build for VP that will cost #11bn while many citizens cannot afford three square meal
